Description
The Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace is a horizontal, resistance-heated furnace with graphite as the heating and thermal insulation. The PLC controller is a Siemens S7 unit. It contains all devices for the automatic and manual control of the furnace.
Equipment system includes control system, heating system, dewaxing system, vacuum system, pressure sintering system,rapid cooling system,safety system and auxiliary system.
Sintering space and pressure range(1MPa/2MPa/6MPa/10MPa) can be customized.
High temperature(1600℃-2200℃), High vacuum furnaces with precision temperature uniformity, state-of-the-art control systems and all are available in rapid cooling. Pressure range from 10bar to 100bar. Perfect for your precision heat treating and vacuum sintering needs.
