On October 10, the 2024 Fourth Carbon-based New Materials Industry Innovation and Development Conference opened in Changsha. The conference adopted the form of "conference + exhibition", attracting more than 300 upstream, midstream and downstream enterprises in the national carbon-based materials industry chain, with a total of more than 500 participants. Tu Wenqing, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Municipal Party Committee Office and Second-level Inspector, Li Fengtao, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Hunan University, and He Guoxin, Vice President of Boyun New Materials, attended and delivered speeches. Xie Xiangming, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, introduced the industrial ecology of Changsha's manufacturing industry.
